• Are the prices in the app wholesale prices? ▼

  Yes. The prices you see in the app are the final wholesale prices. If your purchase volume is stable over time, we can further optimize your prices based on your overall purchasing volume.

• Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼

  Yes. Full-store orders are subject to a minimum order quantity requirement. For details, please check the store announcements in the app.

• Do you support restock alerts? ▼

  Yes. For out-of-stock items you subscribe to, we will send an app restock alert as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

• Do you support new-arrival alerts? ▼

  Yes. After you become a registered customer, you will receive app notifications for every new arrival.
